Organization, Governance and Administration

WolfBlock partners meet regularly to discuss and determine broad policy on which day-to-day decisions are based. A 10-member Executive Committee is responsible for the implementation of firm policy. Except for a small number of special partners, all of our partners vote and participate in the firm's governance.

The Executive Committee assigns a substantial number of management responsibilities to individual lawyers who are responsible and accountable for areas such as hiring, associate evaluation, training and development, equal employment opportunity and professional responsibility. The lawyers who take on these tasks often form committees to help them in their respective areas of responsibility, and participation in these endeavors is not necessarily limited to partners.

The firm strives to maximize the opportunities for its lawyers to devote their efforts to the efficient and effective practice of law. Our communications and research systems are constantly evolving to be in accord with the highest standards of currently available technology. We always work to see that our support staff and systems serve our practice effectively.
