Evaluation and Advancement Program

Our Associates Evaluation Committee coordinates our evaluation program for associates. The program consists of an annual formal evaluation as well as an ongoing informal process, with a mini-review at about the midpoint between formal evaluation reviews. The purpose of the program is to provide feedback to associates about their progress, performance and capabilities so that associates may make informed and realistic judgments about what they need to do to grow as professionals and in their own careers.
